Glossosomatidae
The family Glossosomatidae is represented in Norway by three species in two genera.

The species are small with comparatively narrow forewings. The larvae inhabit rapidly running rivers and streams with stone and gravel substrate. They construct portable, tortoiseshell-like cases using stones.
